Close the Broadview, Illinois ICE facility and all detention centers; release all of our abducted neighbors.

This includes (but is not limited to) Florence Detention Center in Arizona, the Dilley Immigration Processing Center in Texas, which houses families, and Camp East Montana, a facility in Texas, and dodge detention facility in Juneau, Wisconsin.

Abolish ICE, repeal the so-called “Patriot Act”, and repeal the Homeland Security Act to protect First and Fourth Amendment rights of citizens and all who enter the United States, fully honoring the constitutional promise of Due Process.

Drop all conspiracy charges against ICE protestors and cease all detention of protestors. Expressing our First Amendment rights does not constitute a conspiracy, and no “spontaneous conspiracy” exists.

Amnesty for all immigrants, due process for all, no more coerced self-deportations and no illegal, extrajudicial kidnapping or “total impunity” for ICE agents.

Release the name of the ICE agent who shot and killed Chicagoan Silverio Villegas Gonzalez, just as the names of Alex Pretti and Renee Good’s killers were released.
